MEDITATION....

Meditate

That thing we are supposed to do to regroup and get a grip in times of upheaval. I got this and many other techniques from my ultra Type A, multitasking friend who 5 years ago would have laughed if you asked her if she took time out to meditate.  Now she does, and BOY what a difference.  Try this one.  If nothing else, it's a cute notion.  I bet you'll agree.



In Moments of Panic and Anxiety
  • Notice 5 objects that are fluffy, soft or furry - and then come back to your breath
  • Slowly observe 6 signs or labelsof any type - and then come back to your breath

  • Find 7 circles or spherical objects - and then come back to your breath
